From June 1, 2026, DigiTaxFree forms can be refunded in cash at the Globus Bank cash points (CPs) in Pulkovo and Sheremetyevo airports. The CPs are located in the "clean" zones (after all security checks have been passed). To receive a refund, a foreign citizen must present a passport and the number of a DigiTaxFree form that has previously been stamped to confirm export of the goods at the customs checkpoint.

Any bank card may be specified on the Tax Free form. The refund is paid in rubles, with the option of instant conversion into any currency at the client's request; the amount in foreign currency will be issued less the bank's commission.

Shoppers who issue Tax Free refunds to cards from Chinese issuers of any payment system (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay) are strongly advised to choose a cash refund at Globus Bank, since the operator currently has no payment agent that processes transactions to China. The same situation applies to cards from Israeli and Arab banks.
